🙋 I’m Leszek Wisniewski - Senior EM working with Google in Zurich.
15+ years writing software, 5+ managing teams.
I scaled my team from 3 to 20 engineers.
A proud dad, a mountain biker.
What got me started with From Teams to Titans: I got fed up with the narrative of how AI is a universal “productivity boost” and how it will render management obsolete.
I spent eight hours building my first agentic workflow. Afterwards, I thought to myself: that was way too difficult to accomplish.
I believe that the AI advice aimed at managers is almost always noise. What’s missing are tips on how to make AI serve you - so you can focus on the work that actually requires a human.
Twice a week I share everything I build and - more importantly - what works, and what doesn’t.
